General Body Meeting Notice:
The General Body Meeting of the St. John's Mar Thoma Church, Michigan, will be held on Sunday February 28, 2021( Today) at 4:00 PM via Cisco Webex. The meeting will be presided by our President/Vicar Rev. Christopher Phil Daniel.
The Agenda is as follows:
- Presentation and Approval of Annual Report 2020
- Presentation and Approval of the Over-Budgeted and Non-Budgeted items for 2020
- Presentation and Approval of the Audited Accounts for 2020
- Presentation and Approval of the Budget for 2021 & Trustee's Proposal
- Election of Media Committee Convenor
- Election of Refreshment Committee Convenor
- Election of Future Planning Subcommittee
- Any other matter with the permission of the chair.
Prayerful participation is requested from all general body members.
