Acknowledgement
Thank you Rev Jeswin John achen for celebrating today’s communion service and for the inspiring message. Thank you, lay leaders, choir and media committee for assisting with today’s service. The Holy Communion Service in English will be celebrated next Sunday at 8:30am at Evanswood church by Rev. Jeswin John achen.
Sunday School
Sunday School Anniversary will be held today immediately after the worship service in the fellowship hall.
Bible Study
A Bible Study will be organized on Wednesday September 11th 7pm at Evanswood Church. Mr Thomas Kovoor will lead the study. Requesting participation of all the members.
Sevika Sanghom
Mid-West Regional Sevika Sanghom will host a prayer meeting on Thursday, September 12, 2024 @ 8:30 PM EST via Zoom platform. Mrs. Sheba Sara Jacob Kochamma of Chicago Mar Thoma Church, Des Plaines will deliver the message based on the theme ‘Woman of God: Walking by faith’.

Youth Group Meeting
A Youth Group Meeting will be organized on Friday September 13th 7pm via Webex.
Prayer Group
A combined prayer meeting will be held on Sunday September 15th, 2024 5:30pm at the residence of Mr. Philip Mathew and Lali Mathew.
Convention
Our parish convention will be held from September 20th through 22nd at Evanswood church. The speaker will be Evangelist Samuel T Chacko (Saji Ranny). The theme will be God’s Double calling and Our response. The convention will be inaugurated by Rev Varghese P Joseph of CSI Congregation of Great Lakes. The convention will be on Friday and Saturday at 6:30pm and Sunday after the Qurbana service. Inviting all our members and family and friends to participate in the convention and may the convention be a blessing for all of us.
The Mar Thoma Institute of Mission and Culture
The Mar Thoma Institute of Mission and Culture is now offering a new course, MIMC 120:Transformative Parenting. This course is intended for young families and will highlight various aspects of parenting from a Christian perspective.
MIMC 120 will be a six-week online course that will take place from October 13th to November 17th, 2024. Course sessions will be held once a week on Sunday evenings from 8:00 PM to 9:30 PM (Eastern Time) on the Zoom platform. Information regarding registration and further details about the course will be provided soon. The registration fee will be $60.00 for in and $100.00 for couples. Kindly note that registration will be limited to the first 30 registrants.
