Acknowledgement
Thank you Rev Jeswin John achen for celebrating today’s communion service and for the inspiring message. Thank you, lay leaders, choir, and media committee for assisting with today’s service. The Holy Communion Service in Malayalam will be held next Sunday at 8:30am.
Bible Study
A Bible Study on Thursday July 25, 2024 at Evanswood Church. The study will be hosted by Rev. Jeswin John. Requesting participation of all the members.
Youth Group
An Youth Group meeting will be organized on Friday July 26, 2024 7pm at via Webex. Requesting participation of all the youth group members.
Choir Fest
St Mathew’s Mar Thoma Church, Toronto invites all our members for the 28th Mar Thoma Choir Fest which will be held at their church on July 27th at 4pm. Please uphold the Choir Fest and in your prayers.
Sevika Sanghom
An Sevika Sanghom meeting will be organized on Sunday July 28, 2024 11am at Evanswood Church hall. Requesting participation of all the Sevika Sanghom members.
Edavaka Mission
An Edavaka Mission meeting will be organized on Sunday July 28, 2024 5pm at Evanswood Church. Requesting participation of all the Edavaka mission members.
Church Retreat
This year's retreat will be held at Echo Grove Retreat Center from Friday evening August 9th to Sunday August 11th. The sessions will be led by Abey Cherian from St Thomas MTC, Yonkers, New York. For accommodation we have 17 rooms, each with 4 person occupancy. Registration fees are $150 for adults, $100 for youth and $50 for kids 4-10 years. Please contact Convenor Kurian Jacob to complete your registration.
First Fruit Auction
The First fruit auction will be held on Sunday August 18th, 2024 at Evanswood Church hall after the Service. Please contact the convener Mr. Philip Mathew if you have any questions. Requesting participation of all the members to make the auction a success.
Cultural Fest
St. John's Mar Thoma Church Cultural Fest is planned for Saturday August 24, 2024. Please sign up to participate in different events using the form shared. Deadline for participation signup is July 20th.Please contact conveners Sibin Mathew or Shine Eapen for any questions.
Senior Citizen Fellowship
The 6th Diocesean Senior Citizen Fellowship National Conference will be hosted by Long Island Mar Thoma Church, NY from October 31st to November 3rd. Please register using the link shared with the announcements.
