General Body Meeting Notice:

The General Body Meeting of the St. John's Mar Thoma Church, Michigan, will be held on Sunday February 28, 2021 at 4:00 PM via Cisco Webex. The meeting will be presided by our President/Vicar Rev. Christopher Phil Daniel. 

The Agenda is as follows:

1. Presentation and Approval of Annual Report 2020
2. Presentation and Approval of the Over-Budgeted and Non-Budgeted items for 2020
3. Presentation and Approval of the Audited Accounts for 2020
4. Presentation and Approval of the Budget for 2021 & Trustee's Proposal
5. Election of Media Committee Convenor
6. Election of Refreshment Commitee Convenor
7. Election of Future Planning Subcommittee
8. Any other matter with the permission of the chair.

Prayerful participation is requested form all general body members.
