The General body meeting of St. John's Mar Thoma Church, Michigan will be held on January, 26th, 2020 Sunday in the fellowship hall of Evanswood Church after the Holy Communion Service. Meeting will be presided by President and Vicar, Rev. Christopher Phil Daniel.

- Executive committee members
- Refreshment committee convener
- Media Committee convener
- Auditors
2. Election of one Sabha Mandalam Member
3. Election of one Diocesan Assembly Member
4. Election of Regional Representatives for Eligible Organizations
5. Election of any organizations office bearers
6. Photo Directory
7. Any other matters with the permission of chair

GLOBAL MAR THOMA MEET 2020
The Diocese of North America and Europe of the Mar Thoma Church will be hosting the Global Mar Thoma Meet and the 33rd Diocesan Family Conference from July 2nd – 5th, 2020 at the Carmel Mar Thoma Center, Atlanta. The theme of the Conference is “Living in Christ, Leaping in Faith” based on John 15:7 - "If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be done for you."
The registration fee will be $ 100 USD, and the conference fee will be $100 USD, for a combined total of $200 per person, till March 31, 2020.
From April 1, 2020 onwards, an additional $25.00 USD will be added to the registration fees for a combined fees of $225 per person for US residents.
