GENERAL BODY NOTICE
A general body meeting of the members of St.John's Mar Thoma Congregation will be held on Sunday November 17th, 2019 immdediately after the Holy Qurbana Service. The meeting will take place at Evanswood church inside the fellowship hall. Our vicar Rev. Christopher Phil Daniel will preside over the meeting.
Agenda for General Body is as follows:
- Election of 2020 office bearers, malayalam & english lay leaders, auditors, refreshment committee convener, and media committee convener
- Election of future planning subcommittee and convener
- Kester Show accounts update
- Any other matter with permission of chair

Our Diocese is publishing a Diocesan Directory in July 2020 at Atlanta during the Family Conference. Information of all members from USA and Canada will be published in this Directory. Cost is $10.00/copy, if anyone interested in purchasing a copy please sign up by providing your name to secretary.
Deadline to sign up will be December 31st , 2019.
CONDOLENCE
With deep sorrow we inform you the sad demise of Mrs Mary John (33 years old) niece of Mr. Alex K John on Tuesday Novmeber 5th, 2019 in Kerala. Funeral was held on Thursday November 7th, 2019.
On behalf of St. John's Mar Thoma Congregation, we express our deepest condolences and request all to please kindly uphold the family in your prayers.
